Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s own inner being. Meditation leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. Each week of the series explore a specific form of meditation and how you can incorporate meditation into your daily routine. Learn the physical, psychological, and emotional benefits of meditation and breathing exercises and how you can organize anywhere from a few minutes to an hour of meditation daily.

Saturday 11am Ashtanga Clinic
Welcome to all levels:This workshop is designed for the beginner and the seasoned yogi alike. Learn the Ashtanga Primary Series. Develop proper breath, alignment, and basic terminology for postures, counting, and philosophy. This series will include a review of the history and practice of Ashtanga yoga, the eight key elements of Ashtanga and all forms of yoga, an overview and brief break-down of the standing and closing sequences of the Ashtanga yoga series.
